High School Orientation Days 2024

We invite prospective students and parents to attend an upcoming High School parent information night, followed by two student orientation days. These days are intended for current Year 6 students starting Year 7 in 2025.

All parents/carers interested in joining The Armidale Waldorf High School (regardless of child’s age) are welcome to join the parents/carers information night. This night will provide you with an opportunity to meet the faculty, learn more about the high school curriculum and ask any questions.

The two student orientation days will provide the opportunity for your child to experience a full day at our school, trial high school classes and meet prospective peers and teachers. We encourage prospective students to attend both days as this will assist in their transition to high school.

Attending these days does not require a commitment to enrol. They are designed as an opportunity for you to learn more about Steiner education in a High School environment and to ensure it is the right fit for your child and family.

Dates:
13 Aug 630-730pm: Parent/Carer Information Night, hosted at The Armidale Waldorf School Library
21 Aug: Student Orientation Day 1
11 Sep: Student Orientation Day 2

Bookings are essential; please complete the below registration form or contact Reception (02) 6772 8876 / reception@waldorf.nsw.edu.au to register your interest.

If your child is unable to attend the orientation day or they are not in Class 6, you can apply for a two-week trial. Please ask reception for further details.
