SEA has employed an external firm to undertake research, the prime objective of which is to give a better understanding of what our reputation is from parent, teacher, alumni and government perspectives. This will act as a springboard to create and communicate a cohesive, evidence-informed narrative on why Steiner education works. It will enable us to more effectively drive public commentary rather than react to it.
All Steiner Schools will benefit enormously from this project: data analysis and confidential reports will be derived at individual school level and provided to each school for internal use. The project will be finalised mid-2018. A full report, including communication/messaging materials for potential school use, will be presented at the 2018 August Delegates meeting which in this case will be held at our school, The Armidale Waldorf School.
The online survey is now live please see below for the link and further information. We look forward to receiving your input into this national survey.
Dear Member of the Steiner community,
Steiner Education Australia (SEA) has commissioned this survey to assist us with future planning based on the needs and requirements of the Steiner education community.
The survey is being undertaken independently by Tracey Cain at Australian Public Affairs to ensure information remains confidential. Only aggregate data will be provided to Steiner Education Australia and individual schools and training providers.
You can participate in the survey now by clicking the link below. The survey will close on Monday 16 April.
You will also be given the opportunity to complete the survey in more than one capacity if, for example, you are both a parent and teacher at a Steiner school. However, you must select your capacity at the commencement of the survey.
We look forward to receiving your feedback.
